Responsibilities

As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will oversee operations that directly impact the delivery of premium specialty foods to clients across the U.S.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee Europe-to-USA logistics, including transportation, customs clearance, and delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents to streamline logistics operations.
• Optimize both inbound and outbound logistics to enhance cost-effectiveness and reliability.
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Ensure warehouse compliance with OSHA standards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring proper product rotation and tracking expiration dates.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff and delivery drivers, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Track performance metrics and actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment and delivery.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage in-house product manufacturing and work to continuously improve operations.

Requirements

We’re seeking a leader who brings expertise, passion, and a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse operations.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain management or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of international logistics and import/export regulations.
• Proven expertise in logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and a strong understanding of import/export compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with a talent for inspiring and managing teams.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $60,000 (total compensation salary bonus)
