The ideal Accounting Assistant is a solid communicator, problem solver and very competent with NetSuite. This position is responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions, A/P, A/R, payroll, commissions, and performing general accounting functions, as required.

Job Summary:
The ideal Accounting Assistant is a solid communicator, problem solver and very competent with NetSuite. This position is responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions, A/P, A/R, payroll, commissions, and performing general accounting functions, as required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Leadership in tracking and developing KPI reports in and from NetSuite.
- Manage AP and AR.
- Meet with the leadership team to discuss results, develop better KPI reporting and ARR urgency and tracking.
- Foster a sales and partner centric environment effecting positive change.
- Learn all departments and advise on process efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Managing payroll and calculating commissions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting role.
- Degree in accounting and finance preferred.
- Must have a valid CA Driver’s License.
- Must be able to comfortably communicate with sales team and operations partners in a positive and solution-based mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, NetSuite.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organization skills.
