Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for customer service? We're seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Expert - Medicaid Division to join our team at ALTA IT Services, LLC.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid providers, resolving billing and enrollment inquiries, and maintaining accurate database records. As a Claims Resolution Expert, you will act as a liaison between customers and our company, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives
- Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports
- Acts as liaison for customers
- Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
We offer a competitive salary of $19 per hour and a hybrid work schedule that includes 4 days per month working from home.
