Duties And Responsibilities
Education and Years of Experience: BS in Computer Science or equivalent and 5 years of experience in Peoplesoft FSCM
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: PeopleSoft SME with thorough Techno-Functional knowledge of the Project Costing, Customer Contracts, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, General Ledger and commitment control modules.
Strong General Ledger knowledge (Allocations, queries, tree maintenance, combo edit rules, Financial Reporting etc).
Additional Requirements: P2P,Grants, Working experience of 3rd Party interfaces, Transportation experience
Min Citizenship Status Required: Authorized to work in the US
Physical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position.

- PeopleSoft SME with thorough Techno-Functional knowledge of the Project Costing, Customer Contracts, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, General Ledger and commitment control modules.
- Strong General Ledger knowledge (Allocations, queries, tree maintenance, combo edit rules, Financial Reporting etc.).
- In-depth knowledge in Commitment control budget definitions and all major functionalities in project costing like Pricing, accounting rules and subledger integrations.
- Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local Government).
- Good understanding of the Data Model for Financials. - Develop user acceptance test plans associated with a variety of projects. The plans should include use cases, cross-team coordination requirements, data requirements, scenarios, timing considerations and expected results.
- Identify, analyze, and develop business requirements for proposed projects, including but not limited to, data and process flows, application design, and specifications.
- Ability to set and meet functional team deadlines while maintaining an even disposition under pressure
- Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
- Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams
