Job Description
As a PIT Crew Member, you’ll play a vital role in delivering slow-smoked barbecue and legendary service. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm and energy.
- Preparing and assembling menu items to Dickey’s standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
- Following all food safety and operational guidelines.
- Providing quick and accurate service while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Training is required to ensure you meet Dickey’s high standards for quality, safety, and service. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to set you up for success!
Qualifications
- No experience required – we’ll train the right person! (Preferably 0-2 years of restaurant industry experience)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for great food and service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
