Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality food and customer service standards, and driving the success of the store. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences based on our GREAT values.
- Managing and motivating the restaurant team to meet operational goals.
- Ensuring adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures.
- Monitoring inventory levels and controlling food and labor costs.
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members to build a strong workforce.
- Managing store financials, including budgets, sales goals, and profit margins.
Training is required to ensure you meet Dickey’s high standards for quality, safety, and service. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to set you up for success!
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality preferred).
- 2 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make sound business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
