Duties

- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Provide customer service support, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Google Suite applications.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients in a professional manner.
- Support the dental receptionist duties, including patient check-in/check-out processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and phone systems.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred for enhanced communication with clients.

- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus but not required.
