The Contact Center Sales Manager assists the Senior Manager in day-to-day operations with the outbound Telesales team including sales achievement, managing employees, and quality metrics. The Contact Center Sales Manager is responsible for providing feedback to sales reps to help coach and develop. They are also responsible for helping onboard new hires as they go through training.
Attendance is required in this position.
- Essential Functions
- Lead the telesales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop action plans
- Set performance expectations, establish clear sales goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Create and maintain a positive and motivated work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to upper management, highlighting key performance metrics and suggesting strategies for improvement
- Continued focus on resweep areas to increase current penetration results
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment, encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and the sharing of knowledge and best practices among sales team members
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted training plans

- Thorough understanding of all aspects of company systems, reports, and other applications as they may be developed
- Understands current technology and applications
- Demonstrate superior team skills that lead and support other team members in our mission to serve the customer
- Attain sales and service goals as defined by the Senior Manager and customer feedback
- Provide consistent documented customer sales and service follow up
- Successfully demonstrate a superior application of all training provided
- Supervisory Responsibility
Two years of College or Technical School resulting in an Associate's Degree or equivalent
2 to 4 years in related field
