Analyst
Summary:
The Analyst will be responsible for providing analysis and support to the Consulting Group. The Analyst will assist the Consulting Group in performing services to fulfill responsibilities to our clients and meet a high standard of quality in final work product. This is an entry level position with opportunities for growth. The Analyst will have an opportunity to work across multiple areas of practice including projects in the Community Planning and Land Development, Development Finance, and Digital Innovation practice areas. Familiarity with digital tools preferred, continued training and support available via senior analysts.
Responsibilities will include:
Primary Research to support the Preparation of High-Level Market, Financial, Community, and Economic Analyses including analysis of variables such as:
- Socio-Economic Data
- Property Values and Assessments, and other Public Records
- Economic Impact
- Financial Feasibility
- Others as determined by the consulting group
Data, Geographic Information Service (“GIS”) Analysis and Visualization with tools such as:
- ArcGIS Enterprise Suite
- IMPLAN
- Microsoft Office
- PowerBI
- Tableau
- Canva
- Others as determined by the consulting group
Preparation of communication and marketing materials for ACG projects such as:
- Posters, flyers, social media banners, and other community engagement materials
- Community surveys and digital engagement tools for public outreach (i.e., story maps, walking tours, etc.)
- PowerPoint presentations and summary slides
Other tasks and duties as assigned
Experience and Education Requirements:
- No less than one (1) year of experience utilizing GIS and Data Visualization Tools
- No less than one (1) year of experience performing primary research and analysis of market, financial, community, or economic conditions of communities or real estate developments.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to prepare work product on a client facing basis within defined timelines and standards of quality.
Salary:
Saraly is commensurate upon direct experience and education.

Work Environment:
ACG currently has offices in Erie, PA and Pittsburgh, PA. As a professional real estate and planning firm, we encourage team members to frequent our downtowns and urban cores and consider working in the offices; however, we recognize the need to also provide flexibility and productive work environments for a growing team located in multiple locales. Partial remote work is available; team members are encouraged to work in-person in their urban core at least two days per week. Note team members are not required to relocate to Erie, PA or Pittsburgh, PA. The Analyst will regularly be required to attend meetings in the office or in-person client and partner organization meetings. Equipment and a floating desk will be provided. Occasional travel may be required.
