Job Summary
Our client in Raymond, OH is looking for a Business Analyst - Resource MGMT. This is a contract position.
What You Will Do
Support budget development, analysis, reporting, information management.
- Monthly data processing (Expense and Workload).
- Clean up data and enter into company systems after budget authorization.
- Coordinate meetings with other organizations and executives.
- Prepare and distribute documents (Power Point, Meeting Notes, Emails to BU managements).
- Save official documents in designated place.
- Other Data Management Support.
- MS Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint intermediate skill.
- Experience with SAP i.e Reporting Analytics / BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work independently.
- A minimum of 2 years on-the-job experience.
- Completion of vocational training program may be substituted for 1 year of experience.
- High School/GED level reading, communication, math and problems solving skills required to perform administrative support work.
- Teams/SharePoint: Maintaining workspaces, files/folders, permissions.
