Graduation from an accredited LVN school coupled with a Current LVN license issued by the State of California required.2. A minimum of three years experience working in clinical care management in an outpatient setting, preferably in a Family Practice environment also required.3. IV Certification required.4. Prior supervisory experience preferred.5. Prior experience with an Electronic Health / Medical (EHR / EMR) system preferred.6.
