Inside Sales Representative

Altamira Material Solutions is the industry leader in PTFE molding, paste extrusion, plastics machining, and fabrication .We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. This is an onsite position at our offices located n iNW Houston in the Northwest Industrial Center.

Role and Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while pursuing new opportunities. Working collaboratively with various teams, the ISR handles account management, proactive outreach, cross-selling, and providing product information, pricing, and technical support.

Key responsibilities include :

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Introducing sealing solutions and polymer materials to prospects and clients.
• Developing new customer opportunities with Sales Management.
• Processing quotes, orders, and RFQs within the ERP system.
• Conducting outbound communication to identify opportunities and key decision-makers.
• Addressing product inquiries and specifications.
• Utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage activities, contacts, and opportunities.
• Following up on website inquiries and leads.
• Assisting in pricing negotiations and deal structuring.
• Supporting data analytics and updating commercial reports.
• Other duties as assigned by management
