The Opportunity at Altana
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A function. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will contribute to the company’s forecasting, planning, investor relations, and other corporate finance processes, including 3 statement modeling, company KPI dashboards, variance analysis, board meeting preparation, investor relations activities, and ESG reporting. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the accounting team, people team, department leaders, and external stakeholders.

You Will
- Maintain executive KPI dashboards and update corporate operational forecast on a monthly basis in forecasting and reporting tool
- Prepare reporting for monthly business reviews with executive leadership
- Help to develop annual plan and track performance against the plan throughout the year
- Help to develop long-term strategic planning model for review with the Board and executive leadership
- Produce Board deck materials and prepare executive leadership for quarterly meetings
- Assist with ad hoc ESG reporting, Investor Relations and Board requests
- 4-7 years of experience working as a Financial Analyst or similar position
- Experience maintaining a 3 statement financial model and/or finance business partnership in a monthly forecast process
- Ownership mentality in maintaining financial forecast and partnering with cross functional teams
- First principles approach to problem solving to get to the root of an issue and find a solution even amidst uncertainty
- Familiarity with a financial planning & forecasting tool
