Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. As an Enterprise Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the execution of key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, considering both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, to ensure successful project delivery.
Execute project plans, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet project objectives.
2. Stakeholder Communication:
Effectively communicate project goals, timelines, and progress to stakeholders, including team members, executives, and clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project priorities
3. Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
Proactively manage and resolve issues to ensure project success.
4. Resource Management:
Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and achieve project goals.
Work closely with team leads to ensure that the right talent is assigned to the right tasks.
5. Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
6. Agile and Waterfall Expertise:
Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Facilitate Waterfall-based project activities such as detailed project planning, risk analysis, and milestone tracking.
7. Training
Responsible for user training within certain projects.
Responsible for managing user access in systems as well as training.
8. Process improvement
Continuously assess system and business direction changes for impacts to existing designs and develop new capabilities to support business objectives.
Knowledge and Skills
Experience
Two to Five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong understanding of project management best practices and frameworks.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
A high school degree or GED is required.
Interpersonal Skills
The ability to motivate or influence internal or external senior level professionals is a critical part of the job, requiring a significant level of influence and trust. Obtaining cooperation and agreement on important outcomes via frequently complex, senior level dialogues, as well as a professional level of written communication skills are essential to the position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Other Skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Physical Requirements
Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Working Conditions
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
Mental and/or Emotional Requirements
Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team. Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to complete basic mathematical calculations, spell accurately, and understand computer basics.
