What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-Home Treatment Professional position at AltaPointe Health?
We are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our In-Home division at AltaPointe Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide individual, group, family, and play therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with consumers and their families
- Collaborate with staff members and outside sources to deliver high-quality clinical services
- Assess and address consumer needs, developing measurable and specific goals
- Document all interactions and progress in a timely and accurate manner
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in a mental health discipline, with experience in the Juvenile Justice system preferred. You should also have at least one year of post-master experience in child and adolescent or family therapy.
