ALTAVISTA TRUCK SALES, INC. seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist for our busy sales dealership. Qualified candidates should have a pleasant demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills. This receptionist position involves answering a high volume of calls, gathering important information and then passing the calls to the appropriate person. Receptionists also open the mail and greet clients and other visitors upon arriving at our office.
JOB DUTIES:
Help with new unit arrival inventory
Answer phones and greet visitors
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Collate and distribute mail
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, and other correspondence
Write and edit documents, and letters
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Manage bill accounts and assist with bookkeeping
Clean office twice a week (Tuesday/ Thursday) (Sweep, Mop, dust, shine desks, clean restroom, Throw out Trash)
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years in a professional office setting
Knowledge of MS Office programs
Adobe Acrobat
Ability to multi-task
FULL TIME POSITION
* Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm (Lunch break 12pm - 1pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
