Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information or directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
- Utilize dental office software to assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Provide support for office management tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Assist with patient inquiries, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with patients and team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a dental receptionist support role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using dental software and other computerized office systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
