We are seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team in Illinois, providing hands-on support for telehealth visits in skilled nursing facilities. This role is ideal for a CMA who enjoys patient interaction and is passionate about improving access to care through telemedicine.
What You'll Do:
- Assist patients in person to prepare for their telehealth visits with remote providers.
- Ensure smooth communication between patients and providers during virtual consultations.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including EHR documentation and encounter entry.
- Work closely with providers and facility staff to enhance patient care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Medical Assistant (MA) with at least 1 year of experience. (Preferred)
- Comfortable working in skilled nursing facilities and assisting with telehealth visits.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- BLS certification preferred, but not required.
