What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Management System (LMS) Support Assistant position at ALTEN Calsoft Labs?
Summary:
Provides detailed data entry and technical assistance as requested by the LMS administrator. This includes roster entry, scheduling classes, report generation, responding to co-worker emails, password resets, as well as basic database maintenance. Must become proficient with all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS) functionality.
Education:
High school equivalency required. Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
None
Experience:
Must have experience with all of Microsoft Office including Excel. Experience with Adobe Captivate or other learning authoring tools is preferred. Experience in HR, education or information systems preferred.
Other Qualifications:
Must have excellent written communication skills. Must have logic and problem solving skills.
