- Responsible for the development and validation of automotive HVAC systems.
- Ensure system performance objectives are met while coordinating development with functional teams, including Powertrain, Aero/Thermal, and Engine Cooling.
- Maintain the system DVP&R, monitor simulation results, and analyze drive-cell and static cell test data.
- Conduct data analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead and support vehicle road trips for HVAC system development and validation.
- Experience with HVAC units, ducts, A/C compressors, A/C plumbing, or HVAC controls is preferred.
- Collaborate with packaging, service, manufacturing, and other engineering teams to develop components.
- Work closely with program management to ensure compliance with all functional and FMVSS requirements while achieving high-quality vehicle sign-off.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience required.
