Job Description
- Active search for Candidates with different techniques (direct search, networking, headhunting, Boolean search)
- Selection of Candidates during phone screening and then interviews
- Following-up of the candidate during the process
- Working with sales & technical experts to validate your candidate
- Guardian of the quality of the candidate experience
- Be part of workshops for the recruitment department evolution
- Challenging the organization for collective changes
- Junior-level experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of the IT industry
- Good knowledge of direct search, networking, headhunting, Boolean search
- Good knowledge of thehigh-quality recruitment process
- Good knowledge of creating profiles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Achieving the target
- English language min B2
- Strong discipline and responsibility for your production and delivery
