Position Overview
This position will split responsibilities, with 70% of the focus on talent acquisition and 30% on HR coordination. You will play a critical role in driving our recruitment efforts, ensuring that we attract the best candidates to match our growth trajectory. Additionally, you will support the HR team in fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (70%):
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent for sales, customer service, and administrative roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and networking to engage with potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview feedback.
- Track recruiting KPIs and report on hiring progress to meet our growth plans.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Recruiter experience preferred.
HR Coordination (30%):
- Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries related to benefits, policies, and other HR matters.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations and procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or HR coordination.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for finding and developing talent to support organizational growth.
