This Role Will Cover The Following Areas
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Taking ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Sourcing candidates primarily through direct outreach on LinkedIn Recruiter as well as referrals and your network.
- Conducting talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, offer preparations, and closing qualified candidates.
- Collecting, inputting, and reporting recruitment data and metrics.
- Continuously identifying new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that enhance the recruiting strategy.
- Partnering with our Hiring Managers to help scale the organization, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and strategies.
- Strong written communication in English (Polish is a plus).
- 5 years of experience hiring GTM roles in Europe.
- Experience with 50% of candidates being directly sourced by you.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with candidates and employees at all levels throughout the company.
