Essential Functions
- Communications and Technical Writing: 40%
- Writes and publishes blog posts that engage our community and attract new followers.
- Coordinates and prepares content for award submissions to promote company achievements.
- Contributes to the creation of thought leadership articles and white papers that showcase company expertise, industry insights, and strategic perspectives.
- Assists with drafting and distributing company-wide announcements.
- Supports internal communication committees with content and coordination.
- Develops internal signage to ensure clear and effective communication of key information.
- Event Coordination: 40%
- Assists in planning and executing internal, corporate, and external events, ensuring seamless logistics and attendee experience.
- Cultivates and maintains relationships with corporate event partners to enhance event impact and ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Maintains databases for invite and client lists, feedback collection and other information associated with events.
- Social Media:15%
- Assists in developing and publishing engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories, and ads) to promote brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitors and responds to social media messages and comments to foster a positive brand presence.
- Performs other duties as assigned. 5%
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in social media management, technical writing, and event coordination preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and social media analytics platforms.
- Office environment with some travel required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift between 10-30 pounds at times.
