Job Description
We are seeking a Line Cook who can maintain a fast-paced kitchen environment while producing high-quality dishes. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Great attitude and team mentality
- Love of food and hospitality
- 1 years in the back-of-house preferred
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to read and follow a recipe
- Lifting 50 lbs, standing, navigating stairs, working in a kitchen with gluten and other allergens
- Reading and adhering to cleaning and safety protocols
- Being a team player, helping other departments with prep work, cleaning, etc...
- Attending meetings, trainings, and focusing on continuing education
- Work with team to create specials and specialty items
- Work holidays, weekends, and maintain a flexible schedule
