We are seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners (NP) who feel compelled and called to supporting people in times of need.
Enjoy personal interactions with patients and caregivers
Complete 6-8 (if full-time) patient visits including assessments and screenings
Collaborate across Mend Health to ensure patients are getting what they need, when they need it in a timely manner
As a provider for Mend Health, you will have the potential to earn up to $4,000 a week completing patient visits Monday – Saturday. Providers can opt into working evenings if they wish but it is not a requirement.

Qualifications:
Experience in primary care, wound care, geriatrics, internal medicine, or hospice & palliative care
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner
Master’s degree in nursing
Ability to drive and conduct in-home visits
