SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator II is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and project team with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, meeting minutes/follow ups, and information. They organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget. The Project Coordinator II will provide project management support for JV implementations to ensure high quality outcomes. Complies with all agency policies and legal rules and regulations. The Project Coordinator II ensures compliance with all federal, state, and agency rules and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, practices, and tools
Assist in Project Planning: Help in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Assist with Communication: out to agencies and stakeholders on updates, outcomes and competencies during projects and implementations by way of taking detailed meeting notes/follow ups
Ensure Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company
Attends in-service trainings and mandatory agency meetings
Maintains a professional appearance as a representative of the company
Read and adhere to all Agency Policies and Procedures and follow Employee Handbook Guidelines
Actively promote the values, mission and culture of the Company
Document Management: Maintain and organize all project documentation including contracts, schedules, budgets, and communication records etc.
Coordinate Meetings: Schedule project meetings and coordinate between various project stakeholders. This includes creating agendas and recording minutes
Risk Management: Assist in identifying project risks and helping to find solutions to mitigate those risks
Support Project Manager: Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, assisting in various tasks as required
Support Informatics Team: submissions of tickets, triaging complaints, building/helping team continue current state operations
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
Ability to travel during JV implementations and for internal training for 3-5 days at a time
1-2 years of homecare experience preferred
Ability to identify communication needs to enhance the transfer of details between teams
Competent with technology including but not limited to Smartsheets, Microsoft Office, Visio
Competent knowledge of HCHB, Epic, and other Healthcare portals is preferred
Experience in the presentation of training materials, programs, and ongoing education
Clear communication and ability to recognize audience and tailor communications effectively
Must be able to adapt to and champion change

Integrates information from a variety of sources; detects trends, associations, and cause-effect relationships and considers multiple factors

EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
