Location: Remote
Reports to: Vice President of Sales
Salary: $75- $115k
WHO WE ARE
We are a damage recovery expert (not an insurance agency) negotiating the recovery of insurance claims on behalf of business clients in a variety of industries including cities, counties, police, and fire departments, as well as numerous verticals in the private sector.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a dynamic sales professional with experience selling into different verticals of the public sector (cities, counties, school districts, etc.). You have a proven track record of being a top producer in a consultative sales role with a track record of building a robust sales funnel through a variety of different prospecting techniques and can build instant rapport with different people. You have the ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and have discipline to achieve individual goals. You have superior written and verbal communication skills, and experience at delivering phone or web-based consultations and presentations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will prospect and secure new clients for ACM, specifically, in the public sector. You will be researching potential clients, set appointments, leveraging relationships and social media for prospecting, and other marketing presence. After an account is secured, you will be responsible for leading the integration of the customer, maintaining the relationship, and supporting the client management team with reporting results to the client on a quarterly basis or in a client directed timeframe.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT
· Curate and grow a robust sales funnel, focused on meeting and exceeding annual growth targets and revenue forecasts
· Manage and track all leads, prospects, opportunities, tasks, and accounts in Salesforce.com
· Drive profitability by ensuring all clients clearly understand ACM’s value proposition and buy into a full partnership for the long term
· Establish a productive communication cadence for all prospects and clients by phone, video conference and/or location visits
· Leverage client relationships for introductions and referrals
· Provide marketing information to generate client proposals and work up estimated recovery dollars to create urgency for adopting our program
· Utilize our B2B contact database (ZoomInfo) to research company information (financials, size, structure), find contacts, news and data to close deals faster
· Collaborate with our client success team and deliver critical information in a timely fashion
· Attend trade shows, trade organizations meetings/networking events, as necessary
· Maintain alignment with Operations on strategic goals and objectives
· Submit client success stories and testimonials for marketing to utilize
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following minimum qualifications/skills & experience:

· Professional written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient with Office 365 (especially Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce.com
· Familiarity with using LinkedIn for prospect network mapping
· ZoomInfo or Dun & Bradstreet experience a plus
