Location : Waterbury, CT
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate O.D. roll grinding machines according to specifications.
- Review work instructions and blueprints to ensure proper execution of tasks.
- Dress grinding wheels and grind customer parts using wheels and belts.
- Inspect finished work using company-approved inspection techniques and equipment.
- Maintain coolant levels, concentrations, and perform periodic cleaning of coolant tanks.
- Complete required daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Move finished work to the next step of the process as indicated on job tickets.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
