Key Responsibilities :
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including processing payments and invoices.
- Perform journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring tax filings and deposits are accurate and timely.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including budget vs. actual analysis.
- Support financial audits and assist with 1099 preparation for vendors.
