Location : Waterbury, CT
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Analysis : Prepare and analyze accounting transactions and financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain the office database.
- Human Resources : Support recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, attendance tracking, salary planning, and compliance with personnel laws.
- Inventory Management : Oversee office inventory and assist with plant inventory alongside the Production Manager and Floor Supervisor.
- Vendor Coordination : Manage purchase orders, follow up with vendors, and reconcile invoices.
- Claims Processing : Handle Worker’s Compensation, health insurance claims, and monthly group statements.
- Policy Improvements : Suggest enhancements to policies, procedures, and office systems.
- Additional Duties : Take on tasks as assigned by leadership.
