Location : Waterbury, CT
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform all aspects of wastewater treatment , including tanker unloading, chemical additions, sampling, and reporting .
- Collect and document samples; conduct routine water quality laboratory tests and coordinate with vendors.
- Monitor lab results and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations .
- Maintain cleanliness in the plant and office areas , including floors, locker rooms, restrooms, and cafeteria.
- Operate and maintain treatment equipment , such as pumps, valves, blowers, and sludge processing filters.
- Assist with hazardous waste handling and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Perform daily assigned tasks and other duties as directed by the Facilities Manager .
