Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

We're looking for an individual who can run and manage a 3 person commercial landscape maintenance crew completing weekly routes up to our standards.

Requirements:

· Clean driving record

· Able to pass D.O.T. Physical

· Pass a drug test

· Reliable transportation to and from work

· Past experience in the industry is required

Responsibilities:

· Driving a D.O.T. certified landscape truck with crew from account to account

· Help create a positive work environment through communicating with the team in order to overcome obstacles and ideas to make us a safer and more efficient company

· Overall responsible for truck and mower care and maintenance

· Responsible for tagging equipment and writing equipment on the board

· Communicate with property managers respectfully and relay information to field manager

· Delegate responsibilities on job site

· Drive property before and after service to ensure AEL standards are met

· Make sure truck is fully prepared for the next workday in the afternoon ie; gas, string, roundup, ect.

· Check oil in mowers before pulling them off the truck, and after lunch

· Responsible for overall detail of properties

· Ensure safety inspections are completed daily

· Responsible for securing the load of your truck

· Communicate with Field Manager throughout the day to report progress or any challenges faced

· Must be at work 10 minutes before start time (ex. Start time is at 6:30, Supervisors have to be at work by 6:20)

· Responsible for cleaning the inside of the cab daily

· Must fill up with gas or diesel before pulling into shop bays

· Complete and turn in route sheets on the last working day of the week

· Note any problems or possible enhancements on accounts; ie, turf color replacing or adding shrubs, hard cutback, mulch, ect.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $775.00 per week

• 10 hour shift
