- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide information as needed
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Assist with checking payroll postings for accuracy
*Qualifications*
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferrred but not necessary. Will train.
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
