Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Residential Manager to join our team at Alternative Services-CT, Inc. - Assist the Residential Manager in managing program operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dual diagnosis.
