Job Description
The Assistant Residential Manager assists the Residential Manager in the management of all program operations. The primary focus is on ensuring that consumers' programs are adhered to, and data is collected to help Behaviorists analyze consumer behavioral patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Residential Manager in managing program operations.
- Ensure consumers' programs are followed and implemented.
- Collect data on consumer behavior for analysis.
- Perform direct care and assume duties of the Residential Manager in their absence as directed.
Requirements:
- Minimum possession of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum two years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dual diagnosis and one year of management experience.
- Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by our insurance company throughout employment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to obtain and maintain certifications in CPR, First Aid, PMT, and DDS State Medication Administration.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and physically intervene with individuals as required.
