About ASI-NE :
Alternative Services-Northeast, Inc is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting two populations of adults : people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and individuals with mental illness through residential, case management programs.

Educational Requirements :
Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or other related field. AND Minimum of two years of experience with persons with mental illness, substance abuse, developmental disabilities / or psychiatric disabilities in a residential or c ase Management experience would be helpful.
Other Qualifications :
Must have ability and willingness to travel to ASI-NE regional offices and residential facilities. Travel is required.
Experience writing treatment plans (ISP's and / or PCP's) and crisis plans.
Experience in the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior strategies for consumers with a mental health diagnosis and / or developmental disability, as well as the development of Residential Service Plans, APS, locus rating. Experience with community inclusion preferred.
Ability to comprehend, explain, provide training and direct staff activities for compliance with : Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Reporting per Maine State regulations; Maine Care; and Co-Occurring
Demonstrate skills in planning, directing, organizing, personnel development, supervision of quality assurance, and reporting activities required for the efficient provision of quality contract services to all consumers on a daily basis
Proficient with computer applications such as Word, Excel, etc. Experience with electronic medical record a plus.
Adhere to crisis support procedures and communication protocol
Participate in an on-call rotation providing emergency services for clients, according to established on call procedures.
