We currently have an opportunity for an individual with Receptionist/Secretary office experience to assist in our Aquebogue location. Must have excellent word processing, MS Office (Word and Excel) skills. Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls; ability to clearly and effectively communicate on the phone as well as attention to detail. Have superior interpersonal/customer service skills. Ability to multitask and focus on the tasks at hand. Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
Qualifications:
Minimum HS grad/GED. Receptionist/Office/Secretarial skills and field experience required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Proficient with MS Office Suite; Excel, Word.
Salary Range
Hourly Range $20.00 - $23.50 commensurate with experience. Benefit Eligible after 90 days.
