We are searching for a CCS Supervisor- Service Director!
Requirements
Master's degree (M. A. / M. S.) or equivalent; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be fully licensed as an LPC, LCSW, or MSW. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license and auto insurance meeting agency coverage requirements are necessary.
Job duties include:
- Responsible for the quality of services provided to the Adult Comprehensive Community Services members.*
- Engages in the development and provision of training and guidance to incoming staff that follow curriculum influenced by DHS 36 and agency standards.*
- Provides day-to-day consultation and supervision to care coordinators and ancillary service providers within the Comprehensive Community Services program.*
- Maintains master log of clinical supervision for each staff member.*
- Attests for the need of psychosocial rehabilitation services, participates in the recovery team meeting/service planning as required, and attests to the quality of the recovery plan to meet the Comprehensive Community Services members needs as listed in DHS 36.*
- Conducts clinical supervision individually and/or group sessions to review cases, assess performance, and provides feedback.*
- Collaborates with the Comprehensive Community Services administrator to interview, hire, evaluate, and maintain employment records for all Adult Comprehensive Community Services program staff.*
- Authorizes services and submits service authorization requests during intake, ongoing care coordination, and discharges and assists in coordinating appropriate transition care as needed.*
- Respects confidential material, including understanding, and adherence to mandatory reporting and all HIPAA laws and privacy rules.*
- Completes at least eight hours of ongoing training annually.*
- Audits documentation submitted by Adult Comprehensive Community Services staff to ensure quality content and structure.*
- Processes timesheets and monitors staff utilization of service units every week.*
- Maintains knowledge of the local systems of care and resources available for obtaining housing, financial assistance, psychiatric services, medical services, rehabilitative services, social, and educational services.*
- Participates in Milwaukee County Comprehensive Community Services workgroups and other mandatory meetings to develop the Comprehensive Community Services program and discusses requirements of the program.*
- Participates in ongoing quality improvement projects as needed.
- Coordinates crisis services for the member to be provided by DHS 34 certified programs.
