Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Help Desk/CCTV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, including troubleshooting laptops and desktops, managing user accounts, and maintaining networked devices. Additionally, experience with installing and managing CCTV systems is required. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn new skills and grow within the company.
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and Windows operating systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Google Workspace, including user account setup and deactivation.
Manage and maintain printers, DHCP, and Active Directory.
Install, configure, and maintain DVR/NVR camera systems and CCTV equipment.
Troubleshoot smart TVs and other connected display systems.
Assist with IT asset setup, maintenance, and upgrades.
Utilize an IT ticketing system to log, track, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and technical support to end users.
Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and IT procedures.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in IT and CCTV systems.
Experience providing IT support for laptops, desktops, and Windows OS.
Knowledge of Google Workspace, including user management.
Understanding of network fundamentals, including DHCP and Active Directory.
Hands-on experience installing and managing CCTV systems, including DVR/NVR setups.
Basic troubleshooting of smart TVs and display systems.
Experience working with an IT ticketing system to manage and prioritize support requests.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or relevant IT credentials.
Prior experience in a help desk or IT support role.
Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems.
