Part-Time IT Help Desk Technician
Location: West Palm Beach
Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday – Friday
We are looking for a Part-Time IT Help Desk Technician to join our team! If you have experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up user accounts, and configuring devices, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for employees and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
- Set up and manage user accounts in Google Workspace.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and other office equipment.
- Program and manage TV displays and other audiovisual systems.
- Assist with network troubleshooting, including understanding TCP/IP protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an IT support/help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console, etc.).
- Experience with printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with programming and managing TV displays.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
