Alternatives, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Director of Lease Administration in Raritan, NJ.

Our services include residential, behavior support, support coordination, and recreation. We strive to enable our clients to reach their highest level of independence and integration into the community using our person-centered philosophy.
Responsibilities of the Director of Lease Administration include :
- Supervision of the Occupancy Specialist staff
- Supervision and monitoring of leasing activities including but not limited to issuing new leases, lease renewals, residency agreements, income certification and recertification and ensuring compliance with funding sources regarding rental subsidies in addition to other various duties and obligations.
- Coordinate issuing notices of any violations, processing of eviction notices and implementing evictions, correspond with legal counsel, and attend tenancy court, as necessary.
- Interface with staff, program directors, contractors, inspectors and funding sources on all property management issues and / or improvement projects, when necessary.
- Supervision of the agency's vehicle fleet.
- Ensure the agency's Lease Administration policies and procedures are adhered to.
