Alternatives, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Director of Property Management in Raritan, NJ.

Our services include residential, behavior support, support coordination, and recreation. Responsibilities of the Director of Property Management include:

Supervision of the Property Management staff.

Supervision and monitoring of leasing activities including but not limited to issuing new
leases, lease renewals, residency agreements, income certification and
recertification and ensuring compliance with funding sources regarding rental
subsidies in addition to other various duties and obligations.

Coordinate issuing notices of any violations, processing of eviction notices and implementing
evictions, correspond with legal counsel, and attend tenancy court, as
necessary.

Interface with staff, program directors, contractors, inspectors and
funding sources on all property management issues and/or improvement
projects, when necessary.

Supervision of the agency's vehicle fleet.

Ensure the agency's Property Management policies and procedures are adhered to.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Property Management required;

Supervisory experience preferred.
