Job Details
Title: SCRUM MASTER
Location Chicago IL Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Leading, planning, managing and directing the scrum team to accomplish the objectives of a project with limited, local objectives
- Experience working in Capital Markets domain is good to have
- Develops project plans with assigned tasks, milestones/deliverables and oversee budgets
- Collaborate with Infrastructure /Application Teams to determine best methods to meet project objectives
- Reports changes in project timelines, resources, or budget
- Report risks and issues during the life of projects and create mitigation plans to remove any obstacles
- Strategic in developing, implementing and administering IT programs within functional areas
Required Skillsets
- Strong experience with Agile (including Jira/ADO)
- Experienced in executing multiple multi-year projects on data modernization solutions on data lake, data warehouse retirement, BI and Analytics
- Awareness of Cloud solution stack and key solution building blocks (Azure). Should have excellent presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management and business executives Ability to influence direction of the projects, goals and client decisions
