What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrum Master position at Resource Logistics?
Location : Remote
Master Experience in a scrum master role. Scrum Master certification is a plus
o To participate in organization initiatives like CMMI compliance , DQI
o To project manage the testing project like estimating, resource management and scheduling with reference to testing work assignation etc.
o To lead, guide, manage, engage and develop the team.
o To manage customer expectations on deliverables.
Familiarity with software development.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
Outstanding organizational skills.
