The Senior Business Ops Analyst for the Broadband Subsidy program will be responsible for data analysis and coordinating daily activities and tasks associated with the end-to-end subsidy program for Altice's national footprint. This position requires a high level of detail and strong familiarity with various state subsidy rules and programs.
- Conduct financial analysis in new build capital spend to include capital spend to budget at the project level, long-term ROI on new build construction activities by tracking realized MRR, track actual payback to anticipated payback including forecasting projects that are not on pace to meet the original payback for the project.
- Partners with internal and external teams to research, analyze, present, and recommend broadband subsidy deployment markets.
- Supports the broadband subsidy project manager in collecting and distributing documents and reports required to manage applications and report progress.
- Enhance, maintain, and distribute applicable KPI's to senior leadership.

- Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience or master's degree and 3 years related experience.
- Must operate independently, proactively and with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding and/or experience in prior broadband subsidies or other auctions (or reverse auctions) such as the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund.
- Excellent analytical aptitude with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in buildings maps and modeling information in GIS systems is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of raw data.
