About Us: We are a dynamic, independently owned medical practice with three locations in Littleton, Morrison, and Arvada, Colorado. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients, and we are seeking a motivated and energetic Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO in achieving our mission.
Position Overview: The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team. This individual will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and COO, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and contributing to special projects. The ideal candidate is motivated, energetic, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain complex calendars for the CEO and COO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications, responding on behalf of the CEO and COO when appropriate.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special projects and events.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Travel between the Littleton, Morrison, and Arvada locations as needed.
- Help plan and implement the launch of new locations and services, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Healthcare experience is desired but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between the three locations.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
