Greet all guests promptly and in a courteous manner.
Provide guests with Spa information.
Determine guest status and check them into the Spa.
Handle all calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information.
Post all charges following accounting procedures.
Insure that guests are billed correctly.
Run closing reports and balance bank at end of shift.
Book spa appointments
Maintain accurate status of each guest
Inform Spa Supervisor of any Front Desk problems or questions.
Insure that guests checking in on a Spa Package are checked in correctly and that their itinerary is accurate.
Collect payment for boutique items and post all charges following accounting procedures.
Develop good customer relations
Order product as needed.
Attend training seminars on product knowledge.
Ensure locker rooms are well maintained and stocked.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the building when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description
Qualifications
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
1 years Spa experience preferable but not required
2 years-degree in hospitality or other business related field preferable but not required or a combination of education and experience.
Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with guests, vendors and co-workers.
Must read, write and speak the English language fluently
Knowledge of Spanish helpful.
Computer skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel
