Altitude Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned clinic that opened its doors in 2005. Since then, we have grown and now have 3 clinics: one in Caldwell and two in Nampa, Idaho. We provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments in a warm, friendly and caring environment and we have an opening for a part-time Patient Care Coordinator.

Our Patient Care Coordinators are instrumental in helping patients receive great care with the attention and follow-up they deserve. This requires a flexible attitude, quick thinking and a caring disposition. Duties may vary from day-to-day and week-to-week, but will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Patient screening and scheduling
- Communicate with practitioners
- Handle inbound calls and answer patient questions
- Connect with new patients via phone and email
- Coordinate with insurance carriers
- Increase patient visibility through community interaction, outreach events, and other activities
- Maintain electronic files
- Patient case management tasks
- Help with data collection
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Related duties as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years experience in a healthcare environment or service industry
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and adapt
- Compassionate nature
- Professional appearance and above average critical thinking skills
- Experience with basic computer programs and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Customer service experience is preferred
