Manager

Altitude Trampoline Park Schaumburg is looking for energetic, outgoing and qualified managers to help lead our new team in this brand-new family-friendly trampoline park! If you love working in a fast-paced environment this is the job for you.

Our managers will be responsible for the daily operation of the park and helping us create an environment with a strong focus towards customer service, safety and cleanliness while providing the ultimate fun!

Qualifications

• Experience operating a POS and cash handling
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to work weekends and night
• Ability to stay on task in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
• Attention to details and ability to operate various moving parts of a business during high-traffic times
• Previous management experience preferred but not required. Will train the right person!

Responsibilities

• As a member of Altitude’s team you will be responsible for creating a friendly, professional welcome to our customers
• Must create a positive upbeat welcome upon guest entrance
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Ensure the safety of all guests
• Weekend availability required
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
• Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain on task
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality team work environment
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well organized facility
• Ability to delegate and direct staff
• Cash handling daily transactions
• Great phone etiquette
• Additional responsibilities can include inventory, light maintenance, cleaning and community outreach/event planning

Managers will work alongside General Manager to operate the facility, create working relationships with community partners and contribute to the daily operations of the park.
